My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The staff was extraordinary, making us feel genuinely welcomed and going above and beyond to assist us. The room was spacious and comfortable, with an impressive bathroom. However, the dining options left something to be desired, especially on Saturday when dinner wasn't served, and we had to make do with breakfast leftovers. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but there were moments that could be improved.

I had a wonderful experience at this boutique hotel! The atmosphere was peaceful and the views were stunning, truly a great retreat. My room was full of character but it could have used some updates. The friendly service and delicious meals definitely enhanced my stay. However, I found it a bit too relaxing for my taste, and the lack of an elevator was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel offers breathtaking views of the Sea of Galilee and has a tranquil atmosphere that's perfect for couples. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, and the amenities like the Jacuzzi and sauna add to the experience. However, the dining options for vegetarians and vegans could use improvement, and the proximity of balconies might compromise privacy.
